Shipping policy

1. Domestic Delivery Policy (Singapore Only)

 

We personally handle all deliveries within Singapore.

Note: Delivery times are estimates, and as all deliveries are fulfilled by us, we will contact you directly if any issues arise.

 

2. Shipment Processing Time & Communication

 

All orders are processed and prepared for delivery within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be slightly delayed. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM SGT will begin processing on the following business day.

 

3. Delivery Confirmation

 

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Since we personally handle the deliveries, tracking is not provided.

  • You will be contacted via WhatsApp or a prior arrangement to confirm the final delivery slot.

 

4. Local Pickup Options

We are pleased to offer two convenient options for local customers to collect their orders and save on shipping fees. Both options are free of charge.

 

4A. In-Store Collection (Free Pickup at Store)

Process for In-Store Collection:

  1. Select "Local Pickup" at the checkout.

  2. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email or WhatsApp notification when your order is complete and ready.

  3. When collecting, please have your Order Confirmation Email (digital or print) ready for verification.

 

4B. Local Meetup Collection (Free Pickup at Convenient Location)

Local Meetup Woodlands South MRT Exit 3, outside the control station Monday to Sunday, 11 AM - 10 PM (Meetup times are flexible but subject to our schedule. Please wait for confirmation.)

Process for Local Meetup:

  1. Select "Local Pickup" at the checkout.

  2. In the Order Notes section, please clearly indicate that you prefer the "Local Meetup" option.

  3. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email, and we will follow up separately via WhatsApp/SMS to confirm your agreed-upon meetup date and time.

  4. Please be punctual for the confirmed time.

 

5. Damage, Loss, or Delivery Issues

 

  • Damages: If your item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately at 82639323 with photographic evidence. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails because you were not available at the confirmed time, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery, which may incur an additional fee of $7.00.
